These Terms of Use (hereinafter "ToU") govern your use of our online store for reusable packaging. By accessing our platform or making purchases on it, you unreservedly accept these ToU. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

The Cambium Distribution platform is dedicated to the online sale of environmentally friendly reusable packaging. Our products are designed to offer a sustainable alternative to disposable packaging, with the goal of reducing waste and promoting more eco-conscious consumption.

 

TERMS OF USE

To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental authorization if you are a minor. You agree to use the platform legally and not to infringe on the rights of others.

 

ORDER AND CONFIRMATION

All orders placed on our platform are subject to availability. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Cambium Distribution reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for valid reasons, particularly in the event of a dispute with the user.

 

PAYMENT

Prices displayed on our platform are in Canadian dollars and include all applicable taxes. Payment can be made via credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Transactions are secure and handled by trusted payment service providers.

 

SHIPPING

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In accordance with applicable laws, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product in its original condition. Returns and refunds are subject to certain conditions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY RELATED TO PRODUCT USE

Cambium Distribution reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the platform, and such changes will take effect upon publication. We recommend regularly reviewing the ToU.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These ToU are governed by the laws of Canada, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montreal.
