Carriers

Shipments are primarily handled by Nationex. However, Cambium reserves the right to use other carriers if necessary, depending on delivery conditions or logistical constraints.

Coverage Area

Shipping is offered exclusively within Canada. Cambium reserves the right not to ship to certain remote or hard-to-reach areas.

Service Types

All our shipments are sent via standard service. No express or other accelerated shipping options are offered at this time.

Package Tracking

You can track your order directly with the carrier used (Nationex or other). A tracking number will be provided to you once the order has been shipped.

Warehouse Pickup

A pickup service is available at the TSPM warehouse, located at: 1710 Trans Canada Route, Dorval, Quebec H9P 1H7. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be ready for pickup. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as it is available.
