First add the desired products to your cart.
Then go to your cart to calculate the estimated delivery costs.
If the fees appear automatically, you can proceed directly to payment.

🟡 2. Shipping costs are not calculated automatically in the shopping cart
If no rate is displayed when calculating shipping costs, an error message will appear.
Click "Submit" to place an order, with shipping costs calculated manually. You will be redirected to a form where you can complete your request and choose a deferred payment method (if eligible).
Our team will contact you with an invoice including the manually calculated delivery costs and the next steps to follow.

B - Do you have a customer account with us?
You can click on the account icon in the top right corner to log in. Once logged in, you will be able to:
Place an order, as indicated in point A above.
And in addition, you will have access to the following features:
- View your order history
- Quickly copy a previous order
- Access a simplified product list to create a basket more efficiently
- Place an order with deferred payment, if your company is approved for this payment method
- And much more!

Step 2 —
Payment
Immediate payment by card
If the shipping costs could be calculated in the shopping cart, you can now proceed to payment.
All you need to do is enter your information and then confirm the payment.
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard as payment methods.
Deferred payment (net term)
We also offer the possibility of paying in advance, under certain conditions.
If you wish to place an order with deferred payment, first check if you are eligible by consulting the “Net term” section in your customer account.
If this option is not enabled in your account, contact us at the following address to check if your company is eligible for deferred payment: info@cambiumdistribution.com
We offer payment terms of 7, 15 or 30 days.
There are no additional fees for any of the payment methods offered.

Please note that for net term orders, delivery charges may be adjusted after the order is placed. You will be notified if this is the case.
Step 3 —
Delivery / Pickup
Delivery
We offer a delivery service directly to your address. Simply select the "Ship" option when paying for your order.
Please note that orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. However, these times are approximate and may vary depending on product availability and destination.
Warehouse pickup
Would you prefer to pick up your order directly from our warehouse? It's entirely possible! You can select the "Pick up in store" option during the checkout process. We have a single pickup point, located at: 1710 Route Transcanadienne, Dorval, Québec H9P 1H7
A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery.
